In 2003, Willy Gissen founded Cut-It-Out Communications, a public relations agency based in Hartsdale, New York. His organization focuses on the incorporation of online activities into traditional public relations programs, primarily for business-to-business and hi-tech clients. These activities include e-newsletters, the set up and maintenance of blogs, and the creation of inbound links to maximize a client’s search engine ranking.
A Harvard graduate with more than 10 years of experience in PR and related fields, Mr. Gissen trained with a former SVP of the famous New York City PR firm, Hill & Knowlton. He also served as an official for the Westchester County Democratic Committee and on the communications staff of the McCall/Mehiel gubernatorial campaign.
