ut-It-Out Communications prepares political newsletters, palm cards, oversize postcards and other documents for countywide and municipal candidates in Westchester County. We have served several County Legislators, the incumbent supervisor of Greenburgh and a political PR firm in New Jersey, where we edited text for newspaper and radio ads, testimony to the New Jersey State Legislature and policy letters to voters in Bergen County.

Prior to founding CIOC, our President, Willy Gissen, worked in the press department of Dennis Mehiel’s winning bid against six other candidates in the New York State Lieutenant Governor primary. Mr. Gissen edited releases, pitched reporters and drafted journal ads for events sponsored by local political and charitable groups.

The campaign then merged with Carl McCall's campaign for Governor. Mr. Gissen’s continuing service in communications included a daily report on statewide press coverage sent to all New York City staff. The campaign triumphed against Andrew Cuomo in the Primary and closed to within nine points of George Pataki before falling back.

Today, Cut-It-Out Communications offers enthusiastic support to Democratic candidates and introductions to key players in Westchester County. Our President’s B.A. degree in Government from Harvard, and over four years on the full-time staff of the Westchester County Democratic Committee, represent two major assets to CIOC’s political clients.
