Dear Colleagues and Clients,
Welcome to the first issue of "The Cut-It-Out Customer." This e-zine will provide diverse articles based on our ongoing business development and pursuit of excellence.
Our goals in creating this publication are two-fold: 1) To provide our friends and colleagues with succinct, clear and useful advice for their personal and professional enrichment; and 2) To obtain new clients by demonstrating our firm's professional approach and level of expertise. |

Avoid Unnecessary I.T. Costs Many of my business clients need to make minor changes to their website but are reluctant to incur additional I.T. costs to do so. FTP programs offer an inexpensive alternative and are easy to learn.
Please see below 15 step-by-step instructions for making minor changes to your website without calling your I.T. person.
2. Select WS_FTP Home, and click on "try" for the free 30-day version. You can choose whether to purchase it later.
3. Download and open the program.

How I Raised Myself from Failure to Success in Selling, by Frank Bettger
At the end of this famous book, Mr. Bettger writes, "Many years later, when I was groping in the dark, desperately trying to learn how to sell, I picked up a book that had a tremendous effect on my life, The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin... Franklin chose thirteen subjects which he felt were necessary or desirable for him to acquire and try to master, and he gave a week's strict attention to each subject successively. In this way, he was able to go through his entire list in thirteen weeks, and repeat the process four times in a year... I followed his plan exactly as he told me how he used it. I just took it and applied it to selling...
Remember, Franklin was a scientist. This plan is scientific. Reject it, and you reject one of the most practical ideas ever offered you."
