In a September 15th press release, Cut-It-Out Communications announced a new web site development department to provide high-end customized web sites for its clients. The programmer is a former print graphic designer who has expanded his skills into the online world.
All sites are coded in asp, more sophisticated than html because you can change reoccurring elements without physically editing each page. The department also offers internal blogs, or re-skins existing blogs and moves them onto the client's web site to improve SEO results.
