After obtaining access to the client’s site through its IP address, user ID and password, we edit the text and, after receiving the client’s approval, make changes online. CIOC offers continual updates of website text as requested by the client.

Blog

We help company executives and employees create blogs at a comfortable level of commitment. There’s no rule about the number of submissions per week or month, but, given current expectations, we recommend including the frequency in the title, e.g., My Week in [Topic]. In addition to reaching a new target audience, blogs are also helpful in creating inbound links to the client’s website, thus improving search engine ranking.

Online press release

For appropriate topics, we offer New York Metro distribution of online press releases to key publications including Yahoo! CIOC provides five key distributors to maximize coverage.

Online content provision

CIOC drafts and edits articles for submission to online content providers. Publication boosts website ranking, establishes credibility and provides reprints for an electronic presentation kit.

Email newsletter

CIOC will draft articles, arrange the layout and distribute every two months. Newsletter articles will link to new client web pages (with access to your entire site) instead of pdf files and will provide opt out or subscription features.

Electronic headshot

CIOC schedules a 30-minute photo shoot with an established photographer. His portfolio is available on the sample work page.

Electronic presentation kit

Similar to printed presentation kits, an electronic kit will include several of the items mentioned above.

CIOC provides preliminary consultations on SEO techniques and design elements. It also offers a special referral to the same Westchester vendors used to create its own winning design and optimization.
