Copywriting

ut-It-Out Communications offers concise, persuasive writing for any business need. We get right to the point without flowery language or wasted words. Our organization has published articles to teach executives easy rules for editing their employees’ writing, and our company writing policy may be summed up by the statement, “Say it in two words instead of three.”

Writing underlies our success in everything we do. It serves as the foundation for our public relations, grantwriting and political assignments. We empower our clients during the editing process, teaching them methods to avoid subordinating major ideas; to find the best word choice; and to use active verbs to create a more dynamic style.


CIOC provides two files for every document we edit. The first contains the revisions in red, so the client can easily track every change; this fosters a continuing learning process. The second file provides the newly completed piece with the revisions incorporated for easier reading and review.

Much of our copywriting involves marketing materials such as tri-fold brochures, booklets and newsletters. We supplement the documents with images and layout from a top graphic designer to provide eye-catching styles and formats.

In addition to our focus on shorter documents, our firm is currently editing a book containing a series of observations by a local media celebrity. This field represents a new growth area for our organization.
